City to City Japan

• After nearly 500 years of Christian witness, the evangelical population in Japan is only 0.22%! Because of established Buddhist tradition, materialism and a strong relativistic eastern worldview, mission work in Japan, has been difficult. 

• Pray that through their church planting intensives, gospel coaching, and equipping seminars, that the gospel would spread throughout Japan.

• Pray that God would renew the cities of Japan spiritually, socially and culturally for His glory.

• Give thanks for God’s generous provision to City to City Japan, and for all of the volunteers who contribute in numerous ways.

• Give thanks for those who have a heart for church planting within Japan.

• Pray for church planters in City to City’s global network, that they would teach truthfully, serve faithfully and be encouraged by the Holy Spirit.

Grace Harbor Church Tokyo (Seima & Naoko Aoyagi, Shohei & Sawako Ueki)

• Pray for Shohei & Sawako as they prepare and plan to plant a new church out of Grace Harbor, that they would find rest in Christ as they do the hard work of gathering their core team.

• Pray that God would raise more leaders from within their church and that they would be empowered by the Holy Spirit to work for God’s kingdom. 

• Pray that Grace Harbor would see more non-Christians join their evangelistic bible study.
