Stuart Fugler

Stuart married his high school sweetheart, Salina in 1999. They are blessed to have two sons, Austin and Padon. Stuart and Salina Fugler began attending Pillar Church of Dumfries, VA in 2007. Pillar of Dumfries helped spark a passion for supporting the mission of Pillar Church and church planting. Stuart became a Lay Elder for Pillar Church of Dumfries in 2009. In 2011, Stuart was on the advisory team, assisting in the development and promotion of the “The Praetorian Project.” After a brief overseas assignment to the Middle East, in 2013 the Fuglers joined Pillar Church of Stafford, VA and served briefly on their leadership team. In August of 2015, the military re-assigned the Fuglers to Okinawa, Japan where they have since partnered with the Ransom family to plant Pillar Church of Okinawa. Since God saved Stuart as a teenager, his passion for the worship of Jesus Christ and love for the Word of God has continuously increased. Additional volunteer positions he has filled include Children’s Ministry Director, Men’s Ministry Leader, and Prayer meeting host. Stuart has also served active duty in the United States Marine Corps for more than 17 years.
